Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://cleaningcompanymidland.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Lay's Way Enterprises reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Our Services. Lay's Way Enterprises delivers Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Janitorial Service, Floor Stripping, Floor Waxing, Pressure Washing. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Lay's Way Enterprises (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Lay's Way Enterprises may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Lay's Way Enterprises does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Lay's Way Enterprises's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Lay's Way Enterprises against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
